ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ Antigravity Centralized Web Systems ("เรา", "ระบบ") กรุณาอ่านเงื่อนไขการให้บริการด้านล่างนี้อย่างละเอียด การว่าจ้างพัฒนาเว็บไซต์หรือการเข้าถึงบริการใดๆ ของเรา ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อย่างสมบูรณ์
1. คำนิยามและขอบเขตบริการ
เราให้บริการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ พัฒนาระบบแอปพลิเคชันส่วนหน้า (Front-end) และส่วนหลัง (Back-end) ตลอดจนการจัดการสถาปัตยกรรมคลาวด์และการติดตั้ง AI โมดูลเสริมตามที่ระบุในสัญญาว่าจ้าง
2. กรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการแยกสิทธิ์ระบบ
เพื่อปกป้องความลับทางวิศวกรรมขั้นสูง ความปลอดภัยของระบบ และ Know-how ในการพัฒนาของสตูดิโอ ข้อกำหนดเรื่องทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาจึงถูกจัดแบ่งดังนี้:
- ส่งมอบผลงานสำเร็จรูป (Sanitized Clean Assets): ลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์และกรรมสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหา ข้อมูล ดีไซน์อินเตอร์เฟสสำเร็จรูป และไฟล์รหัสคำสั่ง (HTML, CSS, JS) ที่ผ่านการคัดกรองความปลอดภัย ลบ Metadata และคอมเมนต์เชิงลึก (Sanitization) เรียบร้อยแล้ว ซึ่งสามารถนำไปรันบน Edge Hosting หรือคลาวด์ของตนเองได้อย่างอิสระ
- รหัสต้นฉบับและโปรโตคอลการคอมไพล์ (Core Kernel & AI Protocols): สิทธิ์ในรหัสหลักจำลอง (Antigravity Kernel) ระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์สกัดโค้ด และโปรโตคอลทางวิศวกรรมกรรมสิทธิ์ทั้งหมด เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและลิขสิทธิ์ของสตูดิโอโดยเด็ดขาด จะไม่มีการส่งมอบเอกสารภายในหรือ Know-how เชิงลึกให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้างทุกกรณี
3. ค่าบริการและการบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance & Licensing)
รูปแบบการคิดค่าบริการของเราประกอบด้วยสองส่วนหลัก:
- One-time Setup Fee: ค่าบริการแรกเริ่มในการว่าจ้างและพัฒนาโครงสร้างดีไซน์ หน้าเพจ และระบบย่อยสำเร็จรูปตามกรอบของแต่ละโครงการ
- Service & Support Subscription (รายเดือน/รายปี): ค่าธรรมเนียมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงทรัพยากรการดูแลรักษาระบบ (Maintenance) การดูแลความปลอดภัย และไลเซนส์การรันระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้คำปรึกษา (AI Runtimes) รวมถึงการอัปเดตแพตช์ระบบหลังบ้านโดยอัตโนมัติ
4. การรักษาความปลอดภัยและนโยบายการรับประกัน
เรามุ่งมั่นพัฒนาซอร์สโค้ดที่มีความสะอาดสูงตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสากล อย่างไรก็ตาม เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการนำโค้ดไปดัดแปลงโดยบุคลากรภายนอก หรือการจู่โจมระบบความปลอดภัยจากช่องโหว่ของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของเรา
5. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
สตูดิโอขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการใช้งานเหล่านี้ได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางติดต่อหรือการประกาศผ่านทางเว็บไซต์อย่างเป็นทางการ

Welcome to Antigravity Centralized Web Systems ("we", "us", or "Systems"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before commissioning any web development. By purchasing our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Service
We provide custom web design, front-end and back-end web development, cloud staging coordination, and specialized AI module integrations as detailed in our project scope agreements.
2. Intellectual Property & Separation of Ownership
To protect our proprietary engineering logic, system integrity, and development know-how, ownership is divided as follows:
- Delivered Deliverables (Sanitized Clean Assets): The client receives full rights and ownership of the finalized page layout designs, media assets, and compiled code files (HTML, CSS, JS) that have been successfully sanitized and processed (comments, debug flags, and metadata stripped). These files are fully portable and can be run on the client's own hosting platforms.
- Core Kernel & AI Protocols: All underlying code compilers, AI core extraction algorithms (Antigravity Kernel), deployment protocols, and design pipeline scripts remain the exclusive property of the Studio. Under no circumstances will internal technical documentation or development know-how be delivered.
3. Support & Licensing Subscriptions
Our pricing model consists of two key parts:
- One-time Setup Fee: Initial fee for scoping, UI/UX designing, layout building, and mock widgets setup.
- Support & Service Subscription (Monthly/Yearly): Fees covering staging server operations, security threat isolation, automated background updates, and licensing runtime permissions for integrated AI elements (e.g., AI Chatbot runtime).
4. Security and Warranties
We write highly optimized clean code that meets industry quality metrics. However, we are not liable for security breaches or performance drops resulting from code modifications done by external developers, or server issues on nodes outside of our official management.
5. Amendments
The Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of major changes via email or direct website updates.

我们提供定制化网站设计、前端页面编写、后端逻辑配置、云主机 staging 管理部署以及增值智能AI助手模块的嵌入与对接服务。
2. 知识产权与技术分权政策 (IP Segregation)
为了保护本工作室的核心安全防护、系统完整性及开发流程中的核心Know-how，项目成果的所有权按以下划分：
- 已净化交付产物 (Sanitized Clean Assets)： 客户将完全拥有经过构建和净化管道脱敏后输出的静态页面设计、媒体资源以及已剥离开发环境注释及测试标签的HTML、CSS、JS源码的所有权。客户可将其自由迁移部署到其自身的云服务器或边缘托管节点上。
- 核心编译器与AI协议控制权 (Core Kernel & AI Protocols)： 底层AI内核代码编译器（Antigravity Kernel）、自动化脱敏引擎以及相关的架构通信协议，均属于本工作室的专属知识产权与商业机密。在任何情况下，我们均不对外交付任何底层的工程Know-how或内部设计机制文档。
3. 运维与授权费用 (Pricing)
我们的收费模式分为以下两个核心部分：
- 首期部署费 (One-time Setup Fee)： 用于进行项目规划、UI界面设计、基础代码框架搭建及各演示模块首发配置的单次开发费用。
- 运维与授权订阅费 (Monthly/Yearly)： 覆盖服务器运维、威胁防护隔离、系统漏洞自动修复及所嵌入智能模块（如Chatbot）的月度或年度授权维护费用。
4. 安全防护与免责声明
我们保证交付的代码符合高清洁度和高吞吐量标准。但对于因客户自身安排的外部技术人员自行修改代码，或因第三方云服务器漏洞引起的安全事件及运行故障，本工作室不承担任何法律责任。
